The decor is chic: a blend of classic Moroccan features and modern design, offering an atmosphere that is refined yet welcoming.

The cuisine is a tasty mix of Moroccan and international flavours. Featuring clean, fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail in every dish presentation. Make sure you try the tagines and couscous, which really do taste of Morroco.

The centrepiece goes to the colourful live entertainment that floods through Dar Soukkar from traditional Moroccan music, though on some nights there are modern acts too. The performances are spectacular and provide even more buzz to the eatery.

Chez Ali Marrakech

Rating: ★★★★☆

Atmosphere:

Chez Ali Marrakech Featuring a traditional Moroccan fortress-style setting with get beautiful lighting, Chez Ali offers an exceptional immersive experience. Atmosphere is grand and lively with Vividly colored tents which give a feeling of antiquity transporting you to another era completely.

Food:

Chez Ali serves classic Moroccan food, including harira soup and lamb tagine or couscous. Unlike what I am looking for in food, this does not shine as much because the highlights are barely about just eating.

Entertainment:

Chez Ali is known for the Fantasia show, with horsemen who perform all kinds of acrobatic tricks and belly dancers plus musicians etc. It is a grand dramatic sight which makes this one of the best attractions for people looking to experience some more genuine traditional Moroccan entertainment.

Service:

The service here is prompt and the staff do a great job of handling such large crowds. While it might be less about the personal service and more to do with accommodating the show, staff makes sure you have all that could ever possibly be needed.

Overall:

If you want a more traditional Moroccan night with cool show then it has to be at Chez Ali Marrakech. This is a fabulous pick for the entire family and large groups looking to share both an eating and cultural experience.
